Thomas Telving, who is a Copywriter and Digital Content specialist, is the author of “Killing Sophia: Empathy, Consciousness, and Reason in the Age of Intelligent Robots” (published by University of Southern Denmark Studies), which is available in Danish and English. In this conversation, we discuss the dilemmas and ethical quandaries around ever more intelligent machines, the easy and hard problems of consciousness, the legal and moral rights of robots, cultural variations in our relationships to robots and much more.
