Minter Dialogue with Ryan Shekell
Ryan Shekell is host of the Every Breath Counts podcast and an inspirational leader at work and in life. Ryan was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) at the age of 18. Today, at 38, he continues to beat the odds. Ryan’s an inspiration in how he leads by example. He has defied his disease to compete in gruelling sports events and have a fabulous family. In this conversation, we discuss his journey, how he finds inspiration and how he has sculpted — and lives — his mission.
Please send me your questions — as an audio file if you’d like — to nminterdial@gmail.com. Otherwise, below, you’ll find the show notes and, of course, you are invited to comment. If you liked the podcast, please take a moment to rate it here.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
