Minter Dialogue with Donald G James
Donald G. James, an executive leader, communicator and author who led a thirty-five-year career at NASA. His recent book co-written with his brother Dennis, Manners Will take You Where Brains and Money Won’t, deals with an important topic: our manners. In this conversation, we discuss what it means to have manners, why knowing yourself and authenticity are seminal to having proper manners, how manners change culturally and contextually, how to develop good manners.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
