Minter Dialogue with Kevin Eikenberry
Kevin Eikenberry is a world-renowned leadership expert, speaker, consultant, and author of many books, including being a two-time bestseller, while being Chief Potential Officer at The Kevin Eikenberry Group. In January 2021, he published “The Long-Distance Teammate: Stay Engaged and Connected While Working Anywhere,” co-written with Wayne Turmel, to go along with the Long-Distance Leader book they wrote together. In this conversation we discuss the challenges of making remote work work, the future of offices, how to insert serendipity into your distance relationships, ethics and practical tips to deal with the slog of emails and your remote communications.

Music credit: The jingle at the beginning of the show is courtesy of my friend, Pierre Journel, author of the Guitar Channel. And, the new sign-off music is “A Convinced Man,” a song I co-wrote and recorded with Stephanie Singer back in the late 1980s (please excuse the quality of the sound!).
