This interview is with Michel Koch, who has a deep and varied experience in digital transformation on the inside. Michel has worked as Cross-Channel Director at Camaieu, ran International Multichannel trading at M&S and most recently was head of Ecommerce at Maplin Electronics. In this conversation, Michel and I discuss the challenges of integrating and optimizing the digital channels, particularly in retail businesses that are heavily offline. Michel imparts lots of sound advice coming directly out of his operational experience.
