Minter Dialogue Episode #77
Joe Fernandez at Klout offices in San Francisco (Courtesy Ignacio Torres/NBC Latino)
This interview, recorded on October 11, 2013, is with
Joe Fernandez, co-founder and CEO of Klout, a system that helps identify and engage with influencers. As Joe likes to say, Klout is the standard in
online influence measurement. Joe presented at this year’s
Hub Forum (interview with HubForum founder, Vincent Ducrey) in Paris, which gave me a chance to catch up with him. In this interview with Joe, we talk about the challenges of measuring influence — where Klout sorts through 15 billion data points every day — what companies need to do in order best to use the Klout service and we find out about some of Klout’s upcoming developments. Lots of interesting insights and talking points with regard to the whole area of influence marketing.
