This interview is with Doug Hewett, who is the co-founder — along with Brook Calverly — and Managing Director at the newly formed People-Made, a brand consultancy at the cross-section of brand, culture and social. Doug comes from a strong background in branding via the Engage Group and then at Interbrand. Doug and I share a number of common passions and connections. In this podcast, we discuss the challenges faced with organizations in becoming social businesses, including the pitfalls and roadblocks of making the necessary transformation.
