This interview is with Vincent Dutot, Ph.D, Associate Professor at the ESG business school in Paris and specialized in the world of eCommerce. With 10 years spent in Canada (beautiful Montréal) and now based in Paris, Vincent has a very wide-ranging understanding of eCommerce. In this interview, we look at the major trends, the challenges and how the eCommerce business models are evolving.  It was a conversation that could have gone on for much longer… Maybe good reason for another session?  Please come and give Vincent and me your thoughts and reactions.
