Furthermore, he has also been an advisor to tech startups for 10 years. In any digital transformation process, getting organizational alignment is always a major challenge. Mike’s new initiative Goal Atlas sets about helping solve that problem. In this podcast we discuss the state of digital transformation, find out some keen insights about how organisations can accelerate their DT, and the craft of great goal setting (and achievement).
