Dr. Lidewij Niezink is an independent scholar and practitioner who focuses on the development of empathy theory and education. She dedicates her professional life to the integration of fundamental and applied research from science in psychology, philosophy, social neuroscience, arts, and anthropology, with practice-based experiential methods. In this delightful podcast with Lidewij, we discuss what is empathy, how and why it’s useful in business and organisations, how to embed it, using the Empathy Intervision process. Lidewij provides a very sound and grounded approach that’s really worth listening to.
