OBJECTIVE: An in-depth and transformational experience making the 5E’s of Leadership come alive. A powerful framework to inspire and transform and align your team mindset to create a strong leadership culture.
AUDIENCE: Mid-level managers and higher. Up to 50 people. Inter- or intra-company possible.
LENGTH: 5x 2 hours (10 hours)

*Stephen Gresty, MsC, is former colleague of Minter’s from his days at L’Oréal. Stephen has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, is a licensed distributor and trainer of Insights Discovery, a certified NLP practitioner, who attended INSEAD’s Efficient Business Management programme as well as the Ashridge Management Centre for: Performance Through People; and Dunelm: Advanced Negotiation.
