Minter Dialogue Episode #151
This interview is with
Annabel Kilner, head of
Made.com UK, an online furniture retailer, which was created by Ning Li, Julien Callede, Chloe Macintosh and Lastminute.com founder Brent Hoberman in 2010. Having previously held senior positions at MyDeco and sharing with me a past at L’Oreal, Annabel talks to us about Made.com’s approach to disruption, how it fosters transparency, the unorthodox Unboxed concept, the use of
digital in their show room and much more. Plenty of good advice for those driving eCommerce.
