Having evolved from email marketing services, ContactLab is now at the heart of the multichannel customer relationship challenge. In addition to having an extraordinary archive of newsletters over the years, Contactlab uses data in very interesting ways to create insightful reports on select industries (fashion, luxury…) on eCommerce and digital direct marketing trends.
