Minter Dialogue Episode #180 —

This interview is with Simon Barrow, a man with an illustrious career in brand management  and agencies, who founded and ran People in Business for 21 years. Simon pioneered the notion “Employer Brand” and now helps businesses on managing their Employer Brand as well as looking at those thorny people issues in their mergers and acquisitions. In this podcast, Simon and I discuss a broad array of leadership challenges, including employer branding and explore how big companies and conglomerates can manage an employer brand while allowing individual brands to thrive. We also look at some of the “soft” issues revolved around M&A.

Below, you’ll find the show notes and, of course, you are invited to comment. If you liked the podcast, please take a moment to go over to iTunes to rate the podcast.
