This interview is with Michel Koch, who has a deep and varied experience in digital transformation on the inside. Michel has worked as Cross-Channel Director at Camaieu, ran International Multichannel trading at M&S and most recently was head of Ecommerce at Maplin Electronics. In this conversation, Michel and I discuss the challenges of integrating and optimizing the digital channels, particularly in retail businesses that are heavily offline.
